On the road again, chasing those white lines. Another lovely morning as we haed out of Branson towards Oaklahoma City....only two types come outta Oaklahoma City son....loved that movie! Anyway our jaunt takes us back to the mother road through Joplin where a few years ago 20% of The place was destroyed in a tornado....very sad! Then we will take in bits of Kansas....chasing Toto & Will Rogers. We have a 2 night stay in Oaklahoma City....our jeans can smell the soap. Branson Landing had great shopping especially Chico, a fav or mine :0) Lots of caves & bars, right on a very clean lake, also a very clean town. Moth was happy as they have a huge ice cream palour, took him 15 minutes to choose! Parts of Old Town Branson are still rebuilding following a tornado that struck this village also. Last night we were taken to Johnny B Goode for dinner, least said here the better...Moth even refused their ice cream...so no comment rule applies! At least the night ended well with the Legends in Concert show in the Dick Clarke Theatre. Show was great, lots of brilliant music from very good impersonators, we had Barry White, The Blues Bros, Marilyn Munroe, Shania Twain & a brilliant Elvis. Great show, lots of laughs! Another early start today, bags out by 6.15, brekkie at 6.30....eat fast, stand in bathroom lineup behind blue rinse brigade, stand in water bottle lineup behind the blue rinsers hurry up get on the truck...forget the water, forget the bathroom.....missing a couple of blue rinsers....Oh damn missing a couple....are they still breathing? Hoo Roo until later, going to take a nana nap, feeling left out! Someone owes me......BIG TIME
