On da road again....Thomas is our driver, I hope Thomas has a sense of humour or the ability to develop one! We are driving down the Magnificent Mile...shoppers haven, yep there are some serious stores down here. There ya go more SS boys, geeeez the entire Secret Service must be here right now...seriously. They are real just like in the movies. I spy Nordstrom.....on Michigan Ave....wait....stop the bus.......STOP.... Prolly a good time to point out the fact that I have a special little map, it hi lights escape routes...I know where all the airports are along Route 66 even da Air Force ones in case of desperation... Macy's, Top Shop, a Mall....this is the tour of torture....all these stores....such a tease bag. Hmmmmwonder if anyone has a spanner. Oops more head nodders....Moth is gone too. Driving down by Lake Michigan now, wow 1000 feet deep eh, looking for sea planes. What a fabulous day we have, the weather is perfect.....for flying Loving these parks, and so green. This city is very pretty, I'm impressed greatly. Lincoln Park is just so lovely.....look left look right...any head spinners? The industrial heartland of American is right here in Chicago....that's what Gordy just said....you mean we haven't left Chicago yet? At this point about 20% of the sheep are napping....exciting bunch. Buggar not having jaffas. Just noticed some lovely old street lamps very much like the gas lights in San Diego. Seems there are a few more Trump dumps here. You'd think, with all that money The Don has, you'd really think he'd spend a few on a decent mop top eh! Gordy's dropping names....like I know em....lots of blank looks, we be Aussie mate! Very few homeless people here unlike NYC where you can't walk more than a metre without seeing them, very sad. Down at the Navy Pier now, built about 100 years ago & it's a get off da bus toilet stop so I'm outta here more later.
